ChildFund International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Senior Product Manager in Virginia, United States.
The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for managing full product life cycle activities from ideation and design through successful market launch.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will perform the following functions-
- Determine donor needs and desires through observation, market research and direct communication with existing and potential supporters.
- Develop and articulate new ideas, concepts and experiences for potential new giving products that are both innovative and responsive to donor interests.
- Perform ongoing, comprehensive marketplace assessments of competing product offerings.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, identify target customers and execute the marketplace introduction of new product offerings.
- Manage the entire product life cycle for all aspects of assigned products, including ideation, design, and execution.
- Analyze and pursue potential opportunities for partner relationships on both new and existing product offerings.
- Manage and track budgets allocated for specific product development activities.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in developing viable, new product or service offerings from conception through successful market launch in either for profit or not for profit sectors.
- Extensive experience achieving results in an unstructured work environment where ambiguity is more the norm than the exception.
- Possesses an entrepreneurial and self-starter spirit along with a demonstrated track record of highly collaborative achievement in prior assignments.
- Creative and original thinker, resourceful and customer/donor centric orientation.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and negotiating skills.
- Strong problem solving and project management skills.
