Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Field Oversight Advisor in Jayapura, Indonesia.
The Field Oversight Advisor will provide scheduling, operational, grant management, financial and compliance support for Bersama to contribute to cost effective, timely and specification compliant project delivery.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Field Oversight Advisor will perform the following functions-
- Work closely with Chief of Party and USAID to help identify necessary personnel, activities, procurement and financial resources to deliver high quality program support services within the specified timeframe.
- Responsible for overseeing program development (reporting to COP) and logistics for all components of the program.
- Manages technical program development as appropriate.
- When required, assumes duties to support the chief of party.
- Supports procurement and management of sub-awards.
- Responsible for determining the best procurement alternative for each grant.
- Ensures that procurement procedures guarantee the best value for USAID and grantees.
- Oversees project implementation.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Gender/GBV studies, or other related social science and development studies
- At least 7 years of experience on similar projects and providing operational management support in multiple areas, including governance and decentralization, health or education, capacity development work, and sub-award management, preferably in Papua.
- Experience in Papua or West Papua strongly desired.
- Demonstrated strong knowledge of with rules and regulations of USAID-funded projects required, with a focus on procurement systems.
- Proven ability to manage USAID funded programs in a developing country.
- Demonstrated skills in efficiently and effectively supporting the management of grants, including financial and technical oversight, and experience in supporting capacity building of financial and administrative areas.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
- Demonstrated problem solving, analytic, financial, and evaluative skills.
- Professional and mature demeanor and conduct, especially during interactions with the client.
- Demonstrated skills in written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Nationality of Indonesian highly desirable.
