The Oxfam International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Technical / Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, based in Barcelona, Spain.
Oxfam works with partner organizations and alongside vulnerable women and men to end the injustices that cause poverty.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Technical / Industrial Relations and Personnel Management will perform the following functions-
- Collect, analyze and update labor legislation in force in Spain and available information and legal advice on labor issues.
- Advise and monitor administrative processes and RRLL affecting all staff to Spain and ensuring that expatriates has all the updated SAP (contracts, high and low, conferences, insurance, benefits, briefing, debriefing, absence, IT, permits, etc …) information.
- Resolving issues related to RRLL in the areas customers and HR departments.
- To propose and review the design and implementation of policies in Spain RRLL assigned to it, as well as changes or improvements in the management model RRLL AP and Spain.
- Resolve to the relevant official bodies (INSS , Finance, Foreign, SEPE …) incidents generated by management personnel management team of Intermón Oxfam.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Diploma / a Labour Relations, LLB or the like
- Knowledge of SAP, Milena and Excel
- Very good level of French and Spanish, English assessable.
- Minimum 2 years experience in the field of HR, specifically in labor relations or legal and labor consultancy
- Experience in managing expatriates
- Desirable knowledge or experience in the NGO sector, international cooperation
- Competence in organization, people orientation, flexibility, problem solving
