Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Manager, Contracts & Compliance will perform the following functions-
- Compliance and Corporate Governance.
- Commercial Transactions and Legal Entity Registration.
- Knowledge Management and Process Improvement.
- Employment and Labour Law.
Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree preferred, and degree in Law highly preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years commercial law, ideally as part of a multi-national in-house team.
- Experience working with teams on large and complex projects with a high risk profile.
- Knowledge of commercial insurance and risk management.
- Knowledge of international contracting, grant, and cooperative agreement regulations, international hiring and employment practices in multiple jurisdictions would be particularly advantageous.

- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization; comfortable holding difficult conversations.
- Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a small team environment with minimal supervision.
- Contract negotiation skills; sound research skills and ability in interpretation of regulatory and legal requirements.
- Strong focus on systems, impact, and results.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in another language desirable.
- Experience delivering training to diverse audiences.
- Sound problem solving and decision making skills; ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Willingness to travel.
