The Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Social Marketing Manager in Lusaka, Zambia.
The Social Marketing Manager will lead a team including a Warehouse Manager and Sales Manager.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Social Marketing Manager will perform the following functions-
- Lead and manage a sales force for socially marketed health products for VMMC, FP, HIV, and TB.
- Oversee warehousing, packaging, and distribution of health products to increase the availability of socially marketed health products in targeted geographic areas.
- Facilitate a continuous learning, consumer insight approach to benefit users of Voluntary Medical Male Circumcision (VMMC), Family Planning (FP), HIV, and TB services as well as those of socially marketed products (including male and female condoms, OCs, misoprostal (new), Clorin, ORS/zinc (new), and LLIN).
- Implement a total market approach that takes a deep collaborative approach with the public-sector, existing social and behavior change and health systems strengthening projects, fast moving consumer goods companies, wholesalers, brand managers and marketers, emerging social enterprises and other key actors vested in the growth of the health product market in Zambia to ensure growth in the total market for different categories of products and services addressed through this project.
- Inform a strategy and plan for transferring products and brands to commercial sustainability and profitability.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, etc.
- Minimum eight years of progressively responsible experience in sales, warehousing, and packaging of health commodities in developing countries, preferably in Zambia.
- Minimum three years of experience managing the supply and sales of a wide range of products for VMMC, FP, HIV, and TB.
- Experience with social marketing franchised services, and expansion of primary health services through partnerships with private sector partners.
- Proficiency in English at minimum USG FSI-III level or equivalent required.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, mentoring and capacity-building skills.
