The Amnesty International is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Consultant – Strategic Partnerships in Bangalore, India.
The overarching purpose of Consultant – Strategic Partnerships is to win, maintain, and expand relationships with assigned partners and also create new partners to upscale the capacity of Amnesty International India (AII).
Amnesty International is a Nobel Peace Prize-winning global movement of over 7 million members and supporters committed to campaigning and action to improve human rights standards enshrined in International Law.
Key Job Responsibilities
The Consultant – Strategic Partnerships will perform the following functions-
- Meet assigned targets and strategic objectives in assigned partner accounts;
- Conduct feasibility analysis with individual companies to ease their adoption of AII’s programmes;
- Create and maintain positive professional relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts;
- Develops mutual performance objectives and regular communication plan to retain and up sell;
- Involve and regularly communicate with personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners ‘expectations;
- Create avenues for partnerships by presenting at / attending start-up conferences, meet-ups, forums (both online / offline) and signing-up new partners based on assigned target;
- Ensures partner compliance & AII compliance with agreements.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Excellent communication skills; writing and spoken in English
- Strong negotiation skills and presentation
- Strong proposal writing
- Preferably 2 to 3 years of exposure in channel sales or lead generation functions.
