International Business & Technical Consultants, Inc. (IBTCI) is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Field Monitoring Coordinator in Gaziantep, Turkey.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Field Monitoring Coordinator will perform the following functions-
- Support the COP and DCOP in managing the third-party monitoring organizations in Syria.
- Lead and carry out day-to-day logistical, operations, and administrative tasks in the project office, such as securing local travel arrangements for staff, preparing and processing necessary paperwork to ensure compliance with donor and IBTCI Home Office protocols, or arranging workshops and training events.
- Interface with partners, subcontractors and the client as needed on operational concerns.
- Ensuring Duty of Care and Security Plans for the program is shared with all team members and adheres to as outlined in the procedures and protocols.
- Ensure security protocols for the program are updated to reflect changing security conditions and that all staff is aware of latest developments.
- Assist the COP and DCOP in compiling, quality-controlling, and reviewing field data or reports, and with other technical tasks as requested.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience under programs of similar size and scope in Syria, the Middle East, or other conflict-affected environments.
- Demonstrated experience carrying out logistics, including familiarity with operational and security considerations and protocols across Syria, Turkey, and the Middle East.
- Working experience with all levels of staff, including strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, oral and written communication.
- Strong computer and data analysis skills.
- Proficiency in Arabic required.
