Palladium is currently seeking applications from the eligible applicants for the post of Regional Health Advisor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Regional Health Advisor will be responsible to start up and lead Palladium’s important field programs in the GCC with the goal of building a portfolio of work in strengthening developing country national health programming and building in-country capacity.

Key Jobs Responsibilities
The Regional Health Advisor will perform the following functions-
- Provide senior level content knowledge in the health sector, technical assistance, consultation and support for the development and execution of project/program specific strategies.
- Refined management consultant who can implement projects and must display all the competencies needed to be an excellent project manager.
- Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
- Represent the project and the company to the host government, to GCC governments and other donors, private sector organizations and cooperating agencies.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must have-
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in public health program management, health governance, health economics, policy formulation, or other field related to international health programs are required or an equivalent combination of applicable experience and education.
- At least 1 year of experience in private hospital management.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic required.
- Strong interpersonal, writing, presentation, and organizational skills are required.
- Experience working with public and private sector health organizations/players in the GCC regions is required.
- Arabic skills will be a distinct advantage.
