UNDP requires fresh Application for the Post of Reporting and Coordination Officer (Post Level P-3) in Tripoli, Libya. It is a contract based job and the duration of initial contract will be approx. 1 year (contract will complete at the end of Dec 2013). Only candidates with Fluency in English will be preferred.
Required Skills and Experience:
Education:
• Advanced university degree (masters or equivalent) in communications, law, political or social sciences, international relations or related fields field and/or equivalent practical experience
Experience:
• 5 years of relevant work experience
• Previous experience of working in a post-conflict and transitional setting highly desirable.
• Experience in working with or within electoral management bodies.
• Experience of working with a range of international agencies, UN organizations and CSOs
• Proven ability to work harmoniously with people from varying cultures and backgrounds.
• Proven reporting and communications experience
Language Requirements:
• English is required.
