United Nations Development Programme(UNDP) is seeking qualified candidates for the post of SIAG Coordinator and Workforce Diversity Analyst. Job location is Kathmandu, Nepal and please note that this job is for Nepalese nationals only. Duration of initial contract is one year. Candidates should have fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali languages..
Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s Degree or equivalent in anthropology, social science, development studies, or any other relevant field.
- At least 2 years of experience working on social inclusion and workforce diversity issues.
- Thorough understanding of the social inclusion agenda and challenges in Nepal.
- Proven capacity to work closely with a wide variety of people, including people in senior positions.
- Political acumen.
- Proven capacity to coordinate different agendas and to be able to prioritize.
Language Requirements:
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali languages.
