Applications are invited by CARE Cambodia from deserving and qualified candidates for the job/vacancy of Field Supervisor. The location of this job will be based in Village Savings and Loan Association (VSLA) based in Sre Ambel, Koh Kong province in Cambodia.
Major Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of 3Project Officers plus 18 Village Agents, and oversee their training of 108 Village Saving and Loans Associations.
- Ensure that Project Officers form two groups per month as per the project timeline, and that each group receives all 15 visits per the visit schedule.
- Contribute technically to the start-up and roll-out of VSLA in other CARE target provinces such as Ratanakiri and Mondulkiri.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in rural development, business management
- Minimum 3 years experiences in managing a similar position for projects in rural and community development environments. Experience working or receiving training relevant VSLA projects is preferable.
