Care India has invited applications from eligible and deserving applicants for the job/vacancy of Technical Officer – Client Outreach and Community Mobilisation. The location of this job will be based in Uttar Pradesh,India. Actual Place of Posting may vary based on requirement.
Required Qualification
- Post Graduate in social science, sociology, anthropology, rural development, and rural management, Public Health with extensive program implementation experiences at rural or urban set up.
Required Experience
- At least seven years related work experience in the area of RCH/Family Planning
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience in capacity building efforts among AWW, ANM, health staff of public and private health facilities, CBOs,.
- An in-depth knowledge of program planning, management with local NGOs/CBOs.
Skills & Competancies
- Comprehensive understanding of budget preparation, review, analysis of sub-grantee
- Ability of program data analysis and interpretation
- Assessment capacity of community based health program intervention and program management
- Excellent documentation skills in Hindi and English
- Skilled with word excel and power point
- Strong facilitation and people mobilization skills.
- Ability to handle computer creatively for data handling, analysis and presentation
- Sensitive to gender and diversity issues
Additional Points
- Have excellent planning, facilitation and presentation skills
- Having excellent problem solving and leadership skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication on English and Hindi.
- Experience of working in a consortium environment and handling projects independently
- Ability to work under a tight and time-bound program framework and a good sense of humor even in adverse situation
- Be prepared to take up additional responsibilities as the organization and its work profile is expanding
