World Vision International is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the job/vacancy of Regional Community Health Systems and Community Case Management Advisor. The locations of this position will be based in Kampala, Uganda. This position is on contractual basis for 2 year. Please note that this is a family (Spouse with Children) position.

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities
Required
- A Masters degree in Public health or other relevant social science field
- Must have at least 5 years field experience in community health programs and community case management of common childhood illnesses
- Proven training skills, and two years in a managerial or coordinator role with responsibilities for strategic planning, advocacy, and higher level networking.
- Must be able to negotiate ideas within and outside the World Vision partnership, particularly with donor communities.
- A mature Christian, who’s willing to serve in very difficult conditions
- Work environment: Office-based with frequent travel to program countries
- Travel: 30% Domestic/international travel is required.
Preferred
- Must have at least 5 years field experience in community health programs and community case management of common childhood illnesses
