World Vision International has invited applications from qualified and suitable applicants for the job/vacancy of Audit Specialist. Location of this job will be based in Monrovia, CA – US. Please note that this position is regular full-time,non-family – staff only. The duration of this job is 2 years.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Required
- Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint), Lotus Notes, Internet.
- Strong organizational & follow through skills. Good analytical and problem solving aptitude.
- Full command of English spoken and written. A second language is definitely a plus.
- 1 – 3 years of office administration experience
- 4-year university degree.
Preferred
- 2-4 years of analytical experience.
- Ability to handle and prioritize assignments simultaneously in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ability to meet aggressive deadlines.
- Creativity in accomplishing tasks and ability to exercise initiative & independent judgment to solve problems of limited scope and complexity.
- Ability to communicate effectively to work in a team and cross-cultural environment.
- Able to follow directions and handle confidential audit information with discretion.
