World Vision International is seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the job/vacancy of Regional Prevention Project Manager, End Trafficking in Persons (ETIP) Program. The locations of this position will be based in Laos. This position is on contractual basis for 2 year. Please note that this is a non- family staff only position.

Knowledge,Skills & Abilities
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Policy, Development Studies, International Relations, Social Science or any relevant field
- Excellent oral and written (English) communications skills
- Strong interpersonal, collaborative, negotiating, networking and organizational skills
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in handling anti-trafficking projects at regional or national level
- Travel of 30% is expected
- This role involves the facilitation and coordination of virtual, geographically dispersed ETIP Prevention Project teams in the National offices
Preferred
- Knowledge on Child Rights Child trafficking etc.
- Work experience in Asia Pacific countries
- Experience in cross-border trafficking programming
