World Vision International is urgently seeking applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the job/vacancy of Education Learning Hub Leader-MEER-JWBG. The locations of this position will be based in Jerusalem, Israel. Please note that this is a non-family – staff only position. Please note this position is for a period of 3 years.

Required
- Post graduate qualifications and / or Professional background in International Development, Political/ International Studies, Social Work or Psychology / business or other relevant field
- Knowledge in international standards Knowledge in programming resources and tools in Education programming
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem solving, negotiation, collaborative and influencing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Experience in management of/consultancy on Education and/or Education programmes at a national or regional level
- Experience in Education programming in developing countries
- Significant leadership experience in an international organization
- Demonstrated experience in program or project design, implementation, monitoring, evaluation and reporting.
- Experience in working in MEER countries
- Extensive travel is expected (25-35%). This role involves the facilitation and coordination of a virtual, geographically dispersed Education teams in the National offices
