Proposals are accepted for Environmental Governance and Mainstreaming Project under the European Union. The purpose of this program is to increase environmental awareness of the public in relation to environmental governance and climate change, and the progress towards environmental sustainability in Sierra Leone.
Thematic areas-
The overall indicative amount made available under this Call for Proposals is EUR 1.4 million. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 12 months, nor exceed 24 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal person
- be non profit making
- be specific types of organisations such as: non-governmental organisations, civil society operators, local authorities,
- be established in Sierra Leone. This obligation does not apply to international non-governmental organisations
- be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with their partners, not acting as an intermediary.
