National Audiovisual Institute invites NGOs to participate in the European Culture Congress Grant Program. Presentation of project that has been implemented and can serve as an example of best practice, illustrating the European Culture Congress’s motto of Art for Social Change. Presentation can take any form exhibition, artistic action, movie and performative activities but must be prepared by two or more cooperating NGOs at least one from Poland and one from other country.
Grant intended for NGOs from Poland as well as from other countries of the region such as Czech Republic, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russia, Slovakia, Ukraine, and from the Eastern Partnership countries i.e. Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Moldavia, Georgia, Ukraine.
The amount of one grant is up to PLN 50 000.
The projects should be presented during the European Culture Congress in Wrocław between 8 to 11.09.2011)
Projects should be submitted using the electronic application form available on the ECC website. NGOs can submit more than one project. Each project will be evaluated separately. The responsibilities of the Applicant and of the Partners must be described in the application form, and after the grant is awarded they must be confirmed in a contract concluded between the Applicant and the Partners. This precedes the signing of the agreement between the Organizer and the Applicant.
Applicants can indicate the preferred site to carry out their project in Wrocław, however the Organizers are entitled to place the project within the area of ECC. The Organizer does not provide technical equipment for the projects (the cost of hiring the necessary equipment must be included in the project budget).
Participants of the selected projects will be granted free entrance to all the ECC events as well as free accommodation during ECC (the Organizer will not reimburse travel costs, which must be included in the project budget).
