Fondation Ensemble, a grantmaking foundation focusing on the area of sustainable development has issued the call for proposals for its two types of grant funding for NGOs around the world.
Fondation Ensemble works for a sustainable human development i.e. integrating environmental protection. It has six sectors of intervention, namely, water, sanitation, sustainable agriculture, renewable energies, eco-habitat and biodiversity conservation. Combating poverty and protecting the environment are basic cross-cutting themes, common to all the initiatives we support. Capacity building, local community involvement, partnerships, training, improved governance, entrepreneurial approach, gender awareness and climate change adaptation are key components of the integrated projects we support.
The Foundation also encourages multiple-benefit approaches which aim to have several impacts : social, environmental, economic, etc.
