Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration has announced funding opportunity for NGO programs benefiting Afghan Returnees and IDPs in Afghanistan and Afghan Refugees in Pakistan. The purpose of this program is to strongly encourage organizations which focuses on problems regarding Afghan Returnees and IDPs in Afghanistan and Afghan Refugees in Pakistan.
Proposals must focus on the following sectors-
- Programs in Afghanistan-
- Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH)
- Livelihoods
- Protection
- Programs in Pakistan-
- Health
- Livelihoods
- Education
- Protection
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Nonprofits having a 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- Nonprofits without 501(c)(3) status with IRS, other than institutions of higher education
- International Organizations
