The Meridian Institute Fellowship is a a one to two year placement in Meridian’s Colorado or Washington, DC office that provides the opportunity to work on varied and highly complex public policy issues, learn about the field of multi-party collaborative problem solving, and engage with leaders from a variety of sectors and interest groups.
Meridian Institute professionals combine extensive experience in collaborative process design, deep substantive knowledge, and proven mediation skills to help people engaged in society’s toughest issues solve problems and make informed decisions.
The topics include: Agriculture and Food Security, Climate Change and Energy, Environment and Natural Resources, Global Stability and Security, Health, Sustainability and Resilience and Science and Technology.
First year fellows will be offered a minimum salary of $30,000 per year in a non-exempt position. Second year fellows may be offered a salary increase based on performance. An excellent benefits package is included.
