As part of the 2011 Small Grants Programme, the Positive Action for Children Fund (PACF) is seeking a number of Technical Assistance providers to support the round of small grants grantees in the following areas:
- Strategic planning
- Project Management
- Effective Communications
- Monitoring and evaluation
- Prevention of Mother to Child Transmission of HIV
- Working with Ministry of Health and setting up referral systems with health providers
The Positive Action for Children Fund is currently seeking technical assistance providers to support three geographic clusters of organisations.
- Cluster 1 covers countries in West and Central Africa such as Nigeria, Cameroon, the Democratic Republic of Congo and Rwanda. These include both Anglophone and Francophone countries;
- Cluster 2 covers our key countries in East Africa including Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania.
- The third cluster includes Zambia, Zimbabwe and Malawi
