WACC is an international ecumenical professional organisation that promotes communication rights for social change. It supports communication projects generally in the developing countries and will support only one project application each year from any organisation. –
Communication organizations are invited to submit Concept Notes for projects starting in early 2016.
In response to its Strategic Plan 2012-2016, WACC is focusing on four areas of work related to Communication Rights and Public Voices:
- Strengthening Community Radio
- Monitoring News Media Reporting on Poverty
- Gender and Communication
- Pathways to Digital Frontiers
