(A) ACTIVITIES IN NCHD&IT
•Monitoring and Executing of the organizations activities and projects.
•Planning and setting goals for programmes, activities and projects.
•Designing projects proposals and submitting to development funding agencies and lobbying for projects funding.
•Developing networks and networking with resourceful persons, development agencies (Govt. & Non Govt.) as an endeavor in organizational development and promotion.
•Formulated project intervention areas, e.g. self-help group formation for income generation, trainings, environmental awareness and protection (involving community and schools), public health activities (e.g. Mobile Medical Camp in Schools in Dimapur District) while building networks with other agencies for the same purposes.
•Designed and implemented environmental programmes that touch on public health and creating awareness against defection in public places, prorogated hygiene habits, mobilize action against environmentally unsound practices like garbage disposal in unauthorized places, unsafe disposal of hospital waste, etc.
(B) COUNSELING, ADVISORY SERVICES AND LINKAGES
•Advised and counseled women and youth to join educational institutions (formal and non formal) for knowledge and skill development. This includes institutions of distance education like IGNOU; and this has been incorporated in our organization under a volunteer. Coordinator

•Secured an agreement with Behavioural Science Centre (BSC), in Gujarat to enable up to 5 candidates from Nagaland and the North Eastern Region to study the one year Post Graduate programme in Development Management for every year starting from 2003.
