I2I is a proposal writing competition on “Sustainable Social Enterprise Model” wherein the best proposal submitted by the NGOs will be shortlisted.
I2I Award will provide a unique opportunity for Civil Society Organizations to obtain funding assistance for the selected project proposal during the event if selected. I2I is inviting innovative and practicable project proposals from CSOs/NGOs on the topic “Sustainable Social Enterprise Model” in any one of the sector of health, livelihoods, climate change and education.
Requirements for the project proposals:
The Project Proposal should contain a two page concept note covering project summary, project objectives should be clearly defined with measurable indicators and not more than five, implementation area, relevance, methodology, outcomes and sustainability model.
Eligibility Criteria:
1. All Project Proposals should be submitted on or before 31st of August 2010 (now extended up to) 7 September 2010. Proposals reaching us failing to meet the deadlines will not be accepted.
2. The estimated budget should be up to 1 Crore (INR) and that is the maximum award money for implementing the project.
3. Only one Proposal will be entertained from one organization.
4. The organization/ Trust should be registered body. Kindly enclose a copy of registration certificate.
The results of five shortlisted proposals will be announced on 16th of September 2010.
On 16th of September 2010 the five short listed proposals will get an opportunity to make a 5 minute PowerPoint presentation before a panel of eminent jury members following which the final proposal will be selected for funding assistance.
