To work for the disabled children by being one among them understanding their needs and requirements, dreams and to transform their dreams in to reality.

As a part of continuous effort for this cause, we have been organizing many activities to motivate and encourage them to involve in the main stream of the other sections of the society.
Activities;

1. Aditya school for deaf and dumb;
We have been running a school in the name of Aditya Educational Society exclusively dedicated for imparting quality and right education for these children. The school has the facility to offer studies starting from LKG to Graduation. At present due to acute shortage of funds we are offering only graduation for Arts subjects. Since and other streams require huge amounts, we are not able to offer even though the children are very much interested to join science streams and prove themselves to out shine the other

2.Vocational training;
We are giving training on different self employment oriented on Tailoring, embroidering, weaving
Computer Course;
We are also training all the children on computer skills in the packages like M.S. Office.

Sports and Games;
We are actively encouraging all the children to develop sports and games spirit and giving extensive training in all sports and games at our school. Most of our school students stood first at all District and state level competitions and bagged many prizes and rewards.
Yoga Kendra.
To develop concentration and confidence among the children we are organizing Yoga Sikshana classes to make the children more vibrant and bright
Arts and Culture
All the children are being well groomed and trained to take out their hidden artistic skills and encouraging them to promote their skills further. Drawing skills are also being nurtured at our school centre.
Achievements;
• We have developed and transformed the school into a great learning centre for the disabled (Deaf and Dumb)
• All the children we have trained and educated at our center have been well settled either by taking up their own employment or other paid employments.
• We could spread our message to the maximum possible geographical extent that the disabled children are our main concerned.
• We could reach out to the poor, under privileged, marginalized sections of the society within a span of 3 years.
