In the same time, CSDA supports the professional development of the specialists working within the NGO sector. CSDA objectives are:
– representation and facilitation between NGO sector and state authorities.
– developing the local NGO network
– promotion of CSR initiatives within the business sector
– promotion of best practice models and experience exchanges between local and international NGOs

CSDA activities are:
– information, training and consultancy
– orgnaisational evaluations for NGOs
– fundrasing for the Network NGO members
– influencing public policies
– major interest events – forums, conferences, workshops
– publication of the newspaper of the NGO Network – the NGO Journal CSDA is a project based nongovernmental and not for profit organisation.

Since its establishment in July 2008, CSDA has developed partnerships with NGOs and state authorities at local, regional and national level.
