School of Oriental and African Studies(SOAS), University of London is pleased to grant Tallow Chandlers and M W Beer MPhil/PhD Scholarship in the field of Anthropology and Sociology in UK.
The scholarship, valued at £5,000, will be awarded to a student for one year only. The scholarship will normally be used towards living expenses.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Applicants must possess or expect to be awarded a Distinction in their Masters Degree from a UK university. Applicants with a non-UK degree must be in the top rank and will be assessed by their referees and transcript. Applicants with a Merit in their Masters Degree may apply but will not be given preference.
- Applicants must have also an offer of admission to the full-time MPhil/PhD in the Department of Anthropology and Sociology by the scholarship application deadline.
