EuropeAid is seeking proposals from all eligible organizations for Country Based Support Scheme in Papua New Guinea. This programme is being supported by European Instrument for Democracy and Human Rights (EIDHR) adopted by European Parliament and the Council. The purpose of this programme is to contribute towards upholding the rights of women, ensuring their political participation and the protection of women victims of violence.
Also this programme will focus on ‘enhancing respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms in countries where they are at risk’.
Minimum grant offered is EUR 100,000 maximum up to EUR 278,000. The initial planned duration of an action may not be lower than 24 months nor exceed 36 months.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- be legal persons
- be non-profit-making
- be specific types of organisations such as: non-governmental organisations, public sector operators, local authorities, international (inter-governmental) organisations
- be established in a Member State of the European Union or in Papua New Guinea
