This proposal seeks funding to implement the “After-School Enrichment” program, designed to provide safe and stimulating learning environments for students outside regular school hours. The program will offer a variety of academic, recreational, and cultural activities to enhance students’ skills, foster their creativity, and support their overall development. By creating engaging and supportive after-school environments, we aim to improve academic performance, build positive relationships, and ensure that students have access to enriching experiences that contribute to their growth and well-being.
Many students face challenges after school due to limited supervision, lack of constructive activities, and inadequate resources. Without structured after-school programs, students may experience decreased academic performance, increased risk of engaging in unsafe behaviors, and reduced opportunities for personal growth.
Under-resourced communities are particularly affected, where families may lack the means to provide extracurricular enrichment. This gap underscores the need for accessible, safe, and engaging after-school programs that support students’ academic and personal development.
