The growing concerns surrounding climate change have heightened the need to understand its local impact on water resources. This study seeks to evaluate the effects of climate change on local water resources and to propose effective management strategies in response to these challenges.
Human-induced climate change, fueled by activities such as the burning of fossil fuels and deforestation, has led to an increase in global temperatures and alterations in precipitation patterns. These changes have far-reaching implications for local water resources, including shifts in precipitation levels, evaporation rates, and the frequency of extreme weather events.
Consequently, communities, agriculture, and ecosystems face unprecedented challenges in sustaining water availability and quality. Given this backdrop, a comprehensive assessment of climate change’s impact on local water resources becomes imperative, alongside the development of adaptive management strategies to mitigate its effects.
