This proposal aims to strengthen social and economic networks within vulnerable communities to build resilience against social, economic, and environmental challenges. By fostering collaboration, enhancing local capacities, and promoting sustainable practices, this initiative seeks to empower communities to withstand and recover from adversities, ultimately leading to long-term stability and prosperity.
Problem Statement
Vulnerable communities often face interconnected challenges such as poverty, unemployment, and social isolation, which are exacerbated by environmental degradation and climate change. These issues weaken social cohesion and economic stability, making it difficult for communities to recover from shocks. Without strong social and economic networks, these communities remain trapped in cycles of vulnerability and underdevelopment.
