The goal of the Comprehensive Support Services and Case Management component is to offer participants in the Supportive Housing Programme who are homeless a comprehensive support network. By offering comprehensive case management, individualized support plans, and access to a network of service providers, the program seeks to empower participants on their journey towards stability, self-sufficiency, and community integration.

- Upon enrollment in the program, each participant will undergo a comprehensive assessment to identify their specific needs, strengths, and goals.
