The main aim and objectives of the project are to make development & propagation of education of boys & girls in the rural as well as in urban areas, to run schools for imparting education in Marathi, Hindi, English, Urdu and Gujarati language, to run Ashram Schools, Colleges, Naturopathy centres, ITI for girls for imparting training in various vocational trades, to run girls ‘hostels, adult education classes. to run primary, pre-primary, secondary, pre-secondary schools, ashram schools, Night schools, to undertake pre-examination coaching for weaker and minority, SC/ST, section students for competition exams with enriched diet milk scheme for children, to run Shishu Vihar, to run Shishu Sadan, Balak Mandir, to run Nursing Home, to run Ananathashram, to run Bal Sadan, destitute home, to run crèches homes, to implement nutrition food scheme for children, to provide dresses to poor primary and pre-primary students. To facilitating the women & youths to be self-employed and to be self-dependent to run various vocational training courses, to run the scheme of women development board, to implement the programmes of khadi & village industries.
Aims & objectives:

Tape-recorder, Radio, Computer, Typewriting &Shorthand Training centres, for poor needy SC/ST community, Ashram schools, Residential schools, Hostels and various training programmes for tribal children and unemployed youths, and also for SC, VJNT, OBC Community to run Agricultural colleges, research centres etc. To provide educational & hostelling facilities for SC, ST, NT, VJNT, OBC & economically weaker students.

To facilitating the women & youths to be self-employed and to be self-dependent to run various vocational training courses, handicraft course, music, embroidery, knitting, cutting, sewing, readymade garment, fashion designing, cottage industries, small sealed industries, home product, food processing training, small village industry, training cum production units, etc.
To run the scheme of women development board, to implement theprogrammes of khadi & village industries, DRDA, policies of social welfare board, to implement the schemes of Bhavilok, Mavim, to implement the schemes of MahilaArthik Vikas Mahamandal, VJNT Mahamandal, Cultural & Sports Department, Maharashtra State Social Welfare Advisory Board, Central Social. Welfare Board, all the welfare schemes of Women & Child Dept, SOSVA, Information & Technology Dept, Health Ministry, Ministry of Human Resource Development, Ministry of SJ & E, Min. of Social Forestry & Environment. National Afforestation & Eco-development Board and all the schemes introduced by State and Central Govt. from time to time. To run two-wheeler, four-wheeler car training centres for youths and women.
To run anathashrams, widow houses, old age homes, short stay homes for women and girls, working women hostels, de-addiction cum rehabilitation centres, awareness generation programmes for drug prohibition in the society, to arrange agriculturists camps, exhibition of agriculture and animal husbandry, poultry farming training.
To run various cultural programmes, national programmes, to arrange various types of competitions, games competitions, handwriting, speech competitions, essay competitions, to run programmes for the welfare of Animals, to run dairy farming, shelter for destitute Animals, Immunisation to animals, programmes to make a check upon rabies.
To organise blood donation camp, self-employment camp, plantation camp, environment protection camp, health camp, to run youth leadership camp, women leadership camp, National integration youth camp, awareness generation camp, Agriculturists camp Consumer right protection camp, Antenatal and postnatal care camp, etc.
To organise all disease treatment camp, health camp, blood donation camps, youth men & women leadership training camps, youth welfare camps, social camps, plantation camps, personality development cams, self-employment camps, guidance camps etc.
To implement scheme of Khadi Gramodyog, to implement District Rural Development Machinery Programme, to implement watershed area development programme, social forestation, plantation scheme, fruit garden scheme, to implement schemes of State & central Government.
The first executive council of the society, the names address, designation, age, occupation, nationality of the members of such first executive council are as under
We, the following signatories’ members of Subhdradevi Bhosle ShikshanPrasarakMandal, Latur hereby declare that we wish to form the society under Societies Registration Act 1860 and with this aim, we have combined and formed this “to day adt 28.03.2003 and we have signed on this article of association to revision it under Societies Registration Act 1860.
Rules and regulations
Definition of the referred word in rules & regulations
The definition of the following nouns shall be as under:

- EXECUTIVE COUNCIL: Means the Council of members appointed or elected for the management of the society
- AREA OF WORKING: Means the area within the limitation of which the society is to work, that particular area.
- TRUST, FUND &INCOME: Means of the ownership of the society but having given in the possession of society. all kinds of investments, sums etc. It shall include the sums & assets accepted by the society; all kinds of fixed & movable assets sum in the form of donation for specific purpose.
- MEMBER: Mean any major man / woman who while remaining abide to the rules & regulations of the society and after applying in the prescribed format for getting membership to the society, and on acceptance of his application in the executive council such man/ woman shall become the member of the society.
- FINANCIAL YEAR:Means it shall be of a period of 12 months commencing on 1st April and ending on 31 st March.
- Area of working : Shall be limited to Maharashtra State.
- Accounting Year : Shall be from 1st April to 31 st March.
- Membership & Its Registration Fees.
Any major person who agrees to abide by the rules & regulations of the society and on application of such person in the prescribed fromat and on payment of prescribed fees and on acceptance of such application in the meeting of executive council, such person shall become the member of the society.
Types of Member:
-
- General Member: General/ Ordinary membership can be achieved on payment of annual fees of Rs. 101/- within one month from the beginning of the financial year.

- LIFE MEMBER: On payment of a donation of Rs. 101/- or more at once, and with the wishes of the donor and with the permission of executive council, the donor shall be come life member of the society.
Regarding termination of membership:
-
- If the member is subjected to punishment under criminal offence
- If any members are indulged in immoral activities.
- If any member acted against the interest of the society and if such membership of such member shall be terminated by majority in the meeting.
Annual General Meeting & Its Powers:
-
- Annual General Meeting shall be taken within three months on end of financial year every year.
- All kinds of members can participate in this meeting.
- There should not be any outstanding of the society with the member present at the meeting. If there is any outstanding of the society on the member, then he shall not be entitled to participate in voting. Accordingly, if any member has not completed a tenure of one year on his admission in the society, then in such circumstances, he shall lbe eligible to remain present at meeting but shall not be entitled to participate in voting.
- To keep control on the working run by the executive council.
- To give sanction to annual accounts.
- To prepare new estimate of the next year and to give sanction to it.
- To put forth the resolutions that come with the consent of the president.
- To make election of executive council.
- If deemed necessary in the interest of society, president should organise the meeting within seven days on request of four members of executive council.
Notice & Quorum of Annual General Meeting
The notice for annual general meeting shall be issued prior to 7 days of the meeting through registered post or in person. In this notice, the date of meeting, time, venue and agenda of the meeting shall be mentioned. The said notice shall be affixed in the office of the society. There is need of attendance of 2/3 members of all types of members for fulfilment of quorum of annual general meeting. If there is mention to this effect in the notice of annual general meeting, even then if the quorum of annual general meeting is not fulfilled then such adjourned meeting shall be held at the same place after half an hour. Quorum shall not be necessary for such meeting.
Special Annual General Meeting & Its Working
If it is deemed necessary by the President & Executive Council, then Special Annual General meeting shall be held. Accordingly, it is necessary that a total of 1/3 members of the total members of the society is necessary to remain present at the meeting. Accordingly, if the members made the demand in writing, then after presentation of such demand, such special notice should be reached to the members of the meeting of the society before 10 days. And those subjects which are not present on agenda shall not be taken into discussion.
Executive Council of the Society, Its Officious& Their Structure.
The executive Council of the society shall comprise of a minimum of 7 and a maximum of 21 members. The executive council so elected shall be as under:

- Jt. Secretary –1 5. Treasurer-1 6. Other Member
Tenure of Executive Council & System Of Election
-
- The tenure of executive council shall be of a duration of 5 years.
- The election of executive Council shall be held once after 5 years in the annual general meeting.
- If there is any outstanding of the society with the member,then such member shall be held ineligible for election.
- The appointment of election officer should be made prior to7 days
- A general / ordinary member shall have right of voting only afterhe has completed a tenure of one year of his membership
- The election shall be held by secret voting system.
- The intimation of date of election should be given prior to 8 days through official notice.
Officious of Executive Council & Their Working
President. To undertake the working of the society and to deliver proper orders in the interest of society, to keep contraol on the working & bracnhes of the society, to organise annual general meeting, if any meeting is not called by the Secretary, then such meeting shall be called by the President.
Vice- President: To undertake the working of President in his absence or to assist. him in his working properly.

- Secretary:
- To call meeting of executive council.
- To sort out complaints.
- To undertake correspondence of society.
- To undertake court works that are necessary in the interest of society.
- To keep attention on the working of the society.
- To make signatures on daily accounts.
- To implement the resolutions passed.
- To keep attention on peons, to help them in their crisis and to guide them and to offer proper help to them if necessary.
- Secretary:
Jt. Secretary: To undertake working ofSecretary in his absence or to assist him in his working properly.
Treasurer: To keep control on the financial condition of the society, to write accounts or get it written, to put forth the completed accounts before the Secretary after its completion, to prepare annual accounts from the books of accounts, to make financial transactions, to make compliance of the querries sorted by auditor in the accounts.
Member:
To assist in all kinds of working of the society
Meeting Of Executive Council & Meeting On Demand
The meeting of executive council shall be held at least once in every 3 months. Accordingly, if demanded in writting by 1/3 members of the executive council, then such emergency meeting of executive council should be held by the President within 3 days of such demand.
Notice & Quorum of Executive Council
The notice of meeting of executive council should be sent prior to 7 days either by registered post or in person. The quorum of members in the said meeting shall be of a total of 2/3 members. And for want of quorum, if the meeting is adjourned, then such meeting shall be held at the same place after half an hour and quorum shall not be necessary for such meeting.
Election & Rules of Executive Council

- If there is any outstanding of the society, then such member shall be held ineligible for election.
- A person shall have right of voting only after completing the tenure of one year of his general / ordinary membership.
- The appointment of Election officer should be made prior to 7 days
- The election shall be held by open voting system.
- The notice of date of election shall be given prior to 8 days through official notice.
Regarding Vacnt Post in Executive Council –
If any officio has to submit his resignation, then he should submit it to the President. The resignation so received should be put forth before executive council and should take. Permission of executive council by majority. The post of the members shall remain intact till the acceptance of his resignation If any post of trustee becomes vacant due to his resignation of death, then new member can be taken in his place with the permission of executive council.
Powers & duties of executive council:
-
- To make appointment of peons of the society and to keep control on them and to remove them from working.
- To keep control on the working of the other branches under the society.
- To prepare petty rules that are necessary for the administration of the society.
- To prepare the annual list of executive council of the society.
- To submit the copy of resolution to the office of Divisional Assistant Registrar of society and if there are any changes in the asset or council of the society, then to send such application to the Divisional Office.
- To prepare list of members, and to keep the books of service conditions of staff & peons of the society and to send their details to the office of registrar.
- To keep account of receipt & expenditure and to make its audit and to put forth to annual general meeting.
- To make appointment of sub committees and to empower extra powers to any one for any particular work.
Funds income of society:
The funds of the society shall include membership fees, donations,
Government grants, accordingly after deducting the expenditure incurred by the members for the programmmes, the balance sum shall be utilised on the objects of the society.
Objectivewise Provision of Expenditure:
Equal expenditure shall be incurred on all the objectives.
Provision of Loan Or Deposits
Deposits & Sums can be accepted with the prior permission of Assistant Charity Commissioner as per Sec. 36 A & 3.
Provision of making arrangement for purchase sales of fixed assets.
For making purchase/ sales of fixed asset, to take permission of annual general meeting, to make purchases and to make sale as. per Sec. as per Sec. 36 (A), B (1), with the prior permission of Hon. Joint Charity Commissioner, the dealings of purchase & sales of fixed assets shall be carried out by the society.
Bank A/c: The account of the society shall be opened in a recognised bank
and the powers of withdrawals of amount shall be with the joint
signatures of any two of president, Secretary or Treasurer.
Procedure of keeping list of members:
The members of the society shall be as per Section 15 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860, their list shall be kept in Sample No. 6 as per Rule 15 of Maharashtra Rules & Regulations, Societies Registration Act, 197/1 Accordingly the samples shall be also be kept in Schedule No. 1 & 2 (Enclosed herewith the samples of 1,2 along with the signatures of the applicant)
Provision of Making Amendment In Rules &Regulations:
If any amendment is to be done in the rules ®ulations, a resolution to that effect shall be moved in the annual general meeting and should be passed with the majority of 3/5 and after that new rules necessary can be framed or earlier ones can be removed. The proceeding shall have to be completed as per Sec. 12 of Societies Registration Act. 1860.
Provision of Amendment In Name & Objectives Of The Society
If amendment in the name or objects of the society is to be done or if the amalgamation of the two societies is to be done. then the proceedings for such amendment shall be initiated as per Sec. 12 or 12-A of the Societies Registration Act. 1860.
Dissolution:
If the working of the society is to be dissolved or closed then permission of majority of 3/5 members of the society in the meeting is to be taken. All financial transaction of the society is to be completed. The property in balance of the society shall be given to other society in donation. The proceeding of dissolution shall have to be completed as per Section 13 & 14 of the Societies Registration Act, 1860
