This proposal seeks to address the gender gap in the technology sector by focusing on empowering and supporting women in STEM fields. The project will tackle barriers to entry and progression through a range of initiatives, including personalized mentorship programs, financial aid in the form of scholarships, interactive workshops, and active community involvement.
By fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment and providing tailored support, our aim is to equip women with the tools to not only excel in STEM careers but also to drive innovation and contribute to technological advancement.
Introduction:
