The objective of the project is to enhance social cohesion among the mentioned communities, with the aim of creating an environment that will foster sustainable development and to integrate national dialogue consultations process at community level with the community level processes working committee that may in future be used to collect community views on national dialogue. The project aims to promote inter clan peaceful coexistence and inter / intra community peaceful coexistence with sub objective to promote and develop non-violent responses to conflict within and among the different communities; to work with key stakeholders within the community to brainstorm on how best they can participate in the local processes among themselves, in order to enhance peace at community level using the local mechanisms.

Project Background
Following the two successive crises in South Sudan, the populations in Kuda ,sirimon ,rokon have been displaced considerably. The communities in kuda andsirimonhave been force to leave their homes to seek refuge in as far as kworijikluri county and Some of these people could not make it to cross the international borders and only managed to settle in IDP camps or in the kworijikluri. This has also resulted in both inter and intra ethnic conflicts over the scarce resources because of the difference in the ethnic backgrounds and failure to understand the importance of coexistence of different communities. From this background that these community Organization is proposing this one-month project to intervene in the area to bring all the concerned community representatives for a consultative and deliberation conference to forge a suitable way for their coexistence in their current respective areas of residence. This we intend to do in collaboration with the Episcopal Church Sudan in in the area and other churches. These Inter-communal conflicts and conflict between the cattle keepers from Mundari and the Farmers groups have led to the loss of lives amongst the people living in these Kuda, RokonSirimon areas and led to further displacement of population mostly composed of children, women and elderly men; worsening their conditions. Due to continued conflict since 2017 and 2018, we think that these people need to be reconciled in order to live in peace and coexist amongst themselves and freedom in the roads for both trades.
Overall Objective

Sub Objective
- Promote and develop non-violent responses to conflict within and among the different communities in Tore without disregarding the local and traditional context.
- To work with key stakeholders within the community to brainstorm on how best they can participate in the local processes among themselves, in order to enhance peace at community level using the local mechanisms.
Activities
- Conducting dialogues and discussions with the community leaders, traditional leaders, local authorities, chiefs and Payam administrators on the roles they think they can play towards making meaningful contributions at local level peace process.
- Gathering the perspectives and recommendations of the community leaders and traditional leaders on the peace process within the national level and how they can take part in ensuring it makes meaningful impact at the community level.
- Assessments on community perception on national peace process and its impact Tore community, and how the localized peace process in their community can contribute to the national processes.

- To provide a forum for deliberations and consultations on peace and reconciliation at the community level.
