- Vocational Training: Develop and implement vocational training programs in partnership with local educational institutions and training centers. These programs will focus on skills that are in demand within the local economy.
- Business Development Support: Provide grants and technical assistance to 200 small businesses. This includes mentorship, business planning, and market access support to help entrepreneurs succeed.
- Financial Literacy Workshops: Organize workshops to teach financial management skills, including budgeting, saving, and investing. These workshops will be designed to empower beneficiaries with the knowledge needed to manage their finances effectively.
