Introduction:
It is crucial for people to prioritise their well-being in order to lead satisfying lives in our fast-paced and demanding world. The goal of this proposal, “Nurturing Well-being,” is to launch a series of workshops on health and wellness that will provide participants with the skills and information they need to improve their mental, emotional, and physical well-being. Our goal is to make the community healthier and happier by promoting a resilient and self-care culture.
Background:
The stress and sedentary habits of the modern lifestyle frequently make it difficult to maintain a healthy balance. Acknowledging the role that well-being plays in one’s overall quality of life, the “Nurturing Well-being” project aims to tackle these issues.
