Specific Objectives:
- Enhance Livelihoods: Provide vocational training and micro-financing to 1,000 individuals (primarily women and youth) to start or scale small businesses.
- Sustainable Agriculture: Train 500 smallholder farmers in climate-resilient, sustainable agriculture practices to increase food production and protect the environment.
- Educational Access: Improve educational outcomes for 700 children and youth by reducing dropout rates and providing resources and support.
- Women’s Empowerment: Promote gender equality by ensuring that 60% of project participants are women, giving them access to resources, decision-making, and leadership opportunities.
- Environmental Stewardship: Raise environmental awareness and promote sustainable practices among community members, ensuring responsible land use and resource management.
