To this end, XXXXX, an environmental Non-Governmental Organisation has introduced her Recycles Pay Educational Project, a back-to-school initiative that allows parents pay their children’s school fees with recyclables (plastic bottles, Can, and Pure Water Sachets.)

RECYCLESPAY Project is an innovation of xxxx Initiative. It is designed to reduce plastic pollution while promoting education, good environmental practice of recycling and economic growth. The initiative will make education accessible to every child irrespective of their location and background as this will be another alternative to paying school fees with recyclables.
We have stories of children not being able to attend schools because they cannot afford to pay their school fees. Recycles Pay seeks to address SDG 4: Quality Education which is of great concern to us because it ensures inclusive, equitable education and promotes lifelong learning opportunities for all.
About Recycles Pay
Recycles Pay project is an Eco-friendly innovation of xxxx that makes education affordable and accessible to parents that have their children in low-income schools. The project has received endorsement of some school owners and parents to show that it is a viable project. Suffice to say, the project addresses 9 SD Goals (1-No Poverty, 3-Good Health, 4-Quality Education, 6-Clean Water and Sanitation, 8-Good Jobs and Economic Growth, 11-Sustainable Cities and Communities, 12-Responsible Consumption and Production, 13-Climate Action, 17-Partnership for the Goals) out of the 17 SDGs.

Nature of Recyclables
- Recycles Pay project allows the payment of school fees or other school payment(s) with any of these recyclables: PET bottle, Pure Water Satchet or Can. Any of the recyclables remitted by parents must be neatly packaged and presented for it to be acceptable as payment means of payments.
- Depending on parent choice and agreement with school management, Recycles Pay can be used for the FULL or HALF WAY payment of a child. The half way payment stipulates a parent pays with cash half way and half way with the recyclables.
