Youth Skill-Building for Employment and Entrepreneurship: Activities

Activity 1: Vocational Training Programs
Develop and deliver training programs in collaboration with industry experts and local businesses, focusing on practical skills in trades such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and digital skills like IT and digital marketing.
Activity 2: Entrepreneurship Training and Mentoring
Provide entrepreneurship workshops covering business planning, financial management, and marketing strategies. Pair participants with mentors who can offer guidance and support throughout the business development process.
Activity 3: Seed Funding and Business Incubation
Offer seed grants and access to incubation services for the top 50 business ideas developed during the training. This includes office space, administrative support, and networking opportunities.
Activity 4: Job Placement Services
Partner with local businesses and organizations to facilitate job placements and internships for trained youth, and organize job fairs and networking events.
