The Roma Education Fund Scholarship Program (REF SP) and “Remembrance, Responsibility and Future” Foundation jointly invites applications for Law and Humanities Program (LHP). The goal of this program is to promotes Roma inclusion in all aspects of the national education systems of countries participating in the Decade of Roma Inclusion, as well as other countries that wish to join in this effort.
Eligibility & Criteria-
- Declare themselves as Roma
- Declare as willing to appear publicly as Roma
- Have been (or will be) accepted at a state accredited university in their home country or country of residence in the upcoming academic year
- Persons planning to get enrolled in a university in the upcoming year, but who are not enrolled in one at the moment of application, are also eligible; please note that the home country and country of residence must be one of the Program countries as follows: Moldova, Russia, Ukraine
