The 2009 Migration and Human Rights Oak Fellowship provides opportunity to “one frontline human rights practitioner” to visit and stay at The Oak Institute for the Study of International Human Rights, Colby College, United States. The seleted candidate will be able to spend the fall semester (September-December) to reflect, research and write on the issues, taking a short break from his/her country.
