All eligible applicants are invited to submit applications for Tanzania Chevening Scholarships program funded by Foreign and Commonwealth Office (FCO) and partner organisations. The purpose of this program is to support foreign policy priorities and achieve FCO objectives by creating lasting positive relationships with future leaders, influencers and decision-makers.

Scholarships covers-
A Chevening Scholarship in Tanzania includes: tuition fees, a monthly stipend, travel to and from Tanzania via an approved route, an arrival and excess baggage allowance, a thesis or dissertation grant, the cost of an entry clearance visa and tuition fees (a global tuition fee cap of £12,000 will apply for MBA courses).
Eligibility & criteria-
- Be a citizen of a Chevening – eligible country at the time of applying for the award, and intend to return there at the end of the period of study
- Hold a degree that is equivalent to at least an upper second – class honours degree in the UK
- Demonstrate that applicants have achieved the minimum Chevening English language requirement
- Have completed at least two years’ work or equivalent experience before applying
- Be able to obtain the correct visa, and receive an unconditional offer from a UK university
