The Intrapreneur Development Experience (IDEX) invites youth around the globe to participate in IDEX Global Fellows Program, an opportunity to take part in six-months of intrapreneurial leadership training across India.
During the six-month fellowship cycle, IDEX fellows work full-time with a social enterprise partner (in India), in addition to completing IDEX’s Intrapreneur Leadership Training. The IDEX fellows continue to pursue social impact careers after the fellowship program.
The fellowship covers housing, and monthly stipend around US$100-US$150 (based on city placement). Select candidates can also receive full or partitial scholarships from the Gray Matters Capital Scholarship Fund and InvestWISE Scholarship Fund. The Gray Matters Capital Scholarship Fund is partial tution award amount ranging from US$500-US$30,000. and the InvestWISE Scholarship Fund is full tuition award amount of US$3,500.
The IDEX considers each Fellow’s preferences, interests, background, and skill-set when matching them with enterprises needs to make it a truly rich experience for all involved.

Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have Bachelor or Masters/Graduate degree obtained prior to start of program.
- Applicant must be proficient in English and must have the ability to perform in a high pressure environment.
- Applicant must have minimum 1-3 years work experience with proven track record of leadership responsibilities and demonstrated passion for social enterprise and improving quality of life for low-income communities.
- Applicant must demonstrate a passion and desire to work in emerging markets and use social enterprise principles to solve global issues.
