School of Modern Languages at Newcastle is accepting applications for SML Alumni Scholarship Program. This award will be made to the most promising applicant for either the MA in Professional Translating for European Languages or for MLitt study. Preference will be given to those specializing in German.
Areas of Study-
Chinese and Japanese Studies; French and Francophone Studies; German Studies; Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies; Film Studies; Linguistics; Translating and Interpreting Studies.
Scholarship offers-
- An maintenance stipend of £ 10,000
- A waiver for UK/EU fees
- Appropriate research training.
Eligibility & Criteria-
The SML Alumni Scholarship is one further scholarship available for students starting postgraduate study in September/October 2013.
