The IDEX Fellowship is bringing its fellowship program in order to provide aspiring intrapreneurs the training, support and experience they need.
The Intrapreneur Development Experience (IDEX) fellowship aims to create the next wave of “social intrapreneurs” who will support, lead and advance the work of socially-focused enterprises around the world. It is committed to advancing the amount of resources, training and support that are available to support intrapreneurs throughout their career.
IDEX is a six-month fellowship experience designed for ASPIRING INTRAPRENEURS who want to take control their career path while helping to address society’s most pressing problems. The six-month fellowship is centered around one-on-one coaching, four capacity building workshops, curated readings and content, professional development assignments.
The candidate should possess the following quality:
- Commitment to and enthusiasm for IDEX’s mission
- Respect for values: generosity, accountability, humility, patience, leadership and respect
- Ability to thrive when there is ambiguity, remain cool-headed when there are curve balls, and withstand the tests of a rapidly changing environment with resilience and resolve
- Committed to contribute to the IDEX community and learn from others
- A sense of humor.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants from all over the world satisfying the criteria mentioned below are eligible to apply for the fellowship program.
The applicant must:
- be bachelor or Masters/Graduate (BS/BA/BBA must be obtained prior to start of program);
- be between 21-35 years old
- have the ability to perform in a high pressure environment;
- be fluent in English speaking and writing
- have minimum of 1-3 years of professional work experience;
- have excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal).
- be able to obtain an India Business visa for a minimum of six months
