- Payment of the basic search fee (developing country NGOs pay $350 & INGOs/consultants pay $525) needs to be received by fundsforngos.org via PayPal, credit card or bank transfer before any research activities are started. The published rate is only guaranteed until payment is made. Future fees are liable to change without notice.
- Payments are non-refundable. See our Refund Policy.
- The requesting party will send fundsforngos.org the fully completed, typed search form before any research activities can be started.
- Fundsforngos.org is not responsible for any local or national taxes, including sales taxes and/or VAT. These remain the responsibility of the requesting party.
- Fundsforngos.org makes no guarantee – specific, explicit, or implicit to the accuracy of search results and any or all information contained in the prospect search table.
- All information shared by the requesting organization with fundsforngos.org will be treated as confidential, is only specifically used for the research assignment, and will not be shared with any outside party
- Fundsforngos.org reserves the right to terminate any agreement with the requesting organization at any time at its sole discretion. If no research work has been initiated and the research table has not yet been shared with the requesting organization a full refund will be made.
- All fundsforngos.org artwork and logos are subject to copyright protection and not to be reproduced without the express permission of fundsforngos.org
- All research products, including the prospect table, are for use by the requesting organization only, and are not to be shared, sold, or used for any other commercial or professional purposes.
- In case of any disputes, all legal proceedings will be in the United States under US law.
