Any organization that is interested in applying for Tailor-Made Training Course can enter via two processes:
- Application Form
- Joint Proposal Form

An application should describe the current constraints the requesting organization faces in achieving its goals and explain what tailor-made training intervention is needed to attempt to solve these constraints.
The complete application form is the basis for the training to be developed, so every information should be filled completely.
Instructions for Filling the Form
- The form has to be completed by any in one of the NFP countries that would like to benefit from the NFP-programme for tailor-made training. No Dutch institution is yet involved.
- The answers should be typed clearly and completely in English.
- The use of the form provided in the website above is compulsory
- The application should be submitted by e-mail to the Netherlands embassy or consulate representing your country before the deadline indicated on their website.
The embassy or consulate will screen the application to see if it meets the TMT eligibility criteria and to what extent it fits in their policy and priorities. After checking the application and completing the statement, the embassy or consulate will forward the application to EP-Nuffic together with its own recommendations.

- Tips for applying via Joint Proposal Form
The form for a joint proposal should be used for a joint proposal completed by the requesting together with the Dutch provider.
The proposal should describe the current constraints the requesting faces in achieving its goals and explain what tailor-made training intervention is needed to attempt to solve these constraints. Next to this, the proposal should clearly outline what the Dutch provider has to offer, how the objectives and results formulated by the requesting will be achieved, and what inputs will be required for a successful training course.
The maximum subsidy from the NFP-TMT budget is € 75,000 per proposal.
The total training budget can be raised through the contribution of Dutch provider or another.
Instructions
- The questions should be answered clearly and completely in English and typewritten
- The form should be submitted in the same format as provided in the website.
- The proposal should be submitted by email to the Netherlands embassy or consulate representing your country before the deadline indicated on their website.
