All interested applicants are invited to participate in Training on Dealing with Electoral Violence: “Leadership and Conflict Management Skills for Electoral Stakeholders” (LEAD). Thus program is supported by Center for Creative Leadership – Leadership Without Boundaries (CCL-LBB) and the Barcelona International Peace Resource Center (BIPRC), in collaboration with Osservatorio di Pavia This course is conducted in Barcelona, Spain from 10 to 14 June 2013. The goal of this program is to identify and develop the skills, behavior and attitudes that can be operationalised for the management of potentially violent and conflicting situations.
Eligibility-
All electoral stakeholders, namely representatives from: Electoral Management Bodies (EMBs); representatives of international/ regional/ national organisations dealing with electoral processes; electoral assistance and election observation specialists; representatives of non-governmental organisations (NGOs) working in the electoral assistance and election observation fields; political parties; academics interested in election, electoral violence and conflict prevention as well as electoral practitioners.
